I’m a Kansas City wedding photographer with over 10 years of experience, and I specialize in photographing weddings for joyful, fun-loving couples who want their day to feel elevated, relaxed, and truly them.

One of the things my couples value most is the relationship we build. I don’t just show up on your wedding day — I love growing real relationships with my couples so it feels more like having a trusted friend by your side. From the early planning stages to the final gallery delivery, I walk hand-in-hand with you throughout the process, helping guide timelines, venue flow, and all the little details that make your day seamless.

My goal is always to give you an elevated wedding photography experience — one that feels supportive, intentional, and full of joy, while capturing images that bring you right back to how it felt to be there.

The Austin by Abbott Hospitality Weddings | Kansas City, MO

Formerly known as Cherry Hall, The Austin by Abbott Hospitality is an urban Kansas City wedding venue with serious personality. I’ve photographed weddings here both before and after the transformation, and it just keeps getting better.

This venue brings together dramatic scale and thoughtful design — perfect for couples wanting a modern Kansas City wedding with a cosmopolitan edge. The floor plan is equal parts grand and inviting, which makes it incredible for both ceremonies and receptions.

Some standout features couples love include a comfortable and welcoming groom’s suite, a beautifully styled bridal suite, an outdoor event space with specialty lighting, an open bar area that keeps guest flow smooth, and an on-site catering kitchen that makes the entire day feel seamless. The large garage doors that lead outside make for a perfect indoor/outdoor space letting in tons of natural light and perfect for a Spring or early Summer wedding in KC!

Boulevard Brewing Company Weddings | Kansas City, MO

If you’re looking for a venue that truly screams Kansas City, it doesn’t get more iconic than a Boulevard Brewing Company wedding. Located in the heart of the city, this venue offers jaw-dropping views of downtown Kansas City from both the patio and the top-floor event space.

The indoor space features floor-to-ceiling glass windows and a large round bar, making it easy for guests to grab a drink and keep the party going. With seating for around 200 guests and room for up to 225 for a reception, it’s spacious enough for dinner and dancing — no room flip required.

28 Event Space is such a versatile Kansas City wedding venue, offering two stunning venues under one roof: The Station and The Kansas City Room. I’ve had the privilege of photographing weddings in both spaces, and each one offers a totally different vibe.

The Station is bright, modern, and airy, featuring marble walls and a wide-open floor plan that comfortably fits all your guests. It’s ideal for couples wanting a clean, elevated look with tons of flexibility.

Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art Weddings | Kansas City, MO

The Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art is a hidden gem for couples who love modern design and artistic flair. The expansive atrium features 22-foot-high ceilings, bright white walls, and stunning artwork that creates a clean, elevated backdrop for your wedding day.

One of my favorite parts of a Kemper Museum wedding is cocktail hour — guests can roam the galleries with a drink in hand, soaking in the art while celebrating with you. The space feels cozy yet grand at the same time, which is a rare and beautiful combination.

There’s also a glass-enclosed courtyard filled with natural light and architectural interest, making it a dream location for portraits and intimate ceremonies.
